How do I make my MB2320 print with black ink only?

I am out of blue ink and now the printer won't allow me to print at all. Black cartridge it 80% full. I'm so frustrated this is not easier. I've tried printer settings and the user manual is absolutely confusing. Help is greatly appreciated.
