My MG3022 was connected to a network consisting of a smartphone, a tablet, a Windows laptop and a Chromebook.The router was a DLink DSL-2780. I was able to print to the MG3022 from all devices. I recently changed to Verizon FIOS,
reinstalled the Canon print app, checked that wireless network was the FIOS router, followed instructions to setup printer with the Canon print app. But cannot print or scan with an indication saying "printer not connected".
