How to turn on printer that computer and troubleshoot says is offline. Have tried everything I know and have read.

I have a Pixma 2922 which I cannot connnect to Google cloud print. (I have a chromebook.)

- On the box, it says that this printer is "Cloud print ready."

- When I go to settings in Chrome, Chrome cannot find this printer.

Someone online told me that it is impossible to connect the 2922 to Google cloud.

If that's true, then why does the box say "Cloud print ready" ????

I have a PIXMA MP 495 which does not recognise the router. I`ve tried the wps press button method but it still won`t worw on the wifi method. It prints with the cable connected.

We have an office that is stand alone from the corporate network. It has an Imagerunner 5235A that has internet connectivity. They want to be able to scan and send from that MFP. Is there a way to do this? I briefly worked with support while there but didn't have any luck.

I recently purchased an MG3620 and I can't seem to setup the printer using the wireless connection. The printer is not being found on the network. When I press and hold the wireless button (per on screen instructions) the on button does not flash once as it says it should on the screen. Can anyone help?

Got a Belkin router. In the router settings, I switched from 2.4ghz to 5ghz. Now I cannot airprint at all. My mobile Apple devices will not see the printer and will not even see my SID, even though it is set to broadcast. I have a Canon MG5420. On my router, wireless modes a and n are enabled.

Hello, my printer model is G3000. I connected it to my MacBook by wireless connection. After updating the macOS Sierra (10.12), I cannot print things out and something like "cannot connect the printer" always shows up. So I reset the printing system in my macbook and try to set up the printer again. It connected successfully while using USB connection, but the macbook cannot detect the printer when I try to use to wireless LAN connection. Does anyone know how to solve the problem?
