my canon MF227 will not stay connected to my imac computer. Both are on the same network.
I can get the printer to work by resetting them to a new network but after a few minutes of inactivity the computer says it is not connected to the printer. I then have to switch them both on and off the wireless network to resume printing

CANON PIXMA G3000 WIRELESS ISSUE
I CANT SEEM TO REGISTER MY PRINTER WIRELESSLY THROUGH THE APP EVEN THOUGH THE PRINTER HAS BEEN CONNECTED TO THE ROUTER.

Canon Pixma MG5320 Wireless Printing Problem
Installed all software correctly, have successfully printed, but once the printer goes into sleep mode, the connection seems to 'break' between the it and the network and I have to go through the process of setting up wireless printing (selecting network, entering password on the machine) every single time I want to print. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pixma MG2922 cannot connect wirelessly
I have tried countless times to connect this printer and I keep getting an error message "Failed to perform cableless setup. Suspend the process and select other setup methos by following the instructions on the screen. I don't understand why it will not connect to the router since I can connect via my phone on wifi.

How to fix the " other computer printing "
This worked for me. I hope it works for you!
You will need to have a USB cable that can hook from your printer to your computer.
Step one: unhook your modem
Step two : turn off your printer
Step three: wait 2-3 minutes
Step four: DO NOT hook up your modem until after you printed with the USB cable.
By doing this it must have reset my printer and I'm able to hook back online and print through my Wi-Fi. It's not giving me the "other computer printing" message anymore.
My neighbor had tried to print something (we both have Canon printers) for some reason hers did not print and I was stuck with the code.
I wrote Cannon a nice letter telling them that they need to put passwords on their Wi-Fi printing. Best of luck!

MG3620 WiFi Connection
I was using my iPhone downloaded with Canon Print to set up the WiFi connection. I can find Canon_cj, and I connected it - - but there was no wifi logo on my iPhone. Then I went back to Canon Print, but I could find my Router. Why?

MP Navigator errors on Wireless PIXMA MX 870 Printer
MP Navigator does not recognize PIXMA MX 870 for scanning function. Printer set up for wireless operation. Printing works fine, but when MP Navigator scanning is tried, I receive the following: Internal Error Code:3,202,19 Scan Gear. I have new Windows 10 operating system. Have downloaded the MP Navigator update for Windows 10, but keep getting the error message. Any thoughts?

2 days ago my iP7260 and ip8760 were working wirelessly. Now both printers send the message -

No matter what I do, it doesn't help. I switched off the iP8700 and the computer that usually uses it, still no good. In the end (after the usual switching off the modem, computer and printer), I was forced to use a USB cable to print with the iP7200. I got one print job out, but it now won't print CD labels. It was working fine yesterday. The iP8700 had this message 2 days ago, and hasn't worked since. I have noticed that this seems a very common problem, but I haven't found a fix for my 2 printers. One is only 3 weeks old! Please help!!

MX922 will not connect to Airport Express
I got s replacement MX922, due to a B200 error on my previous on. I can remember no problems connecting through my Airport Express router, but this one wants me to find a "WPS button," which does not exist on the Airport Express. What do I need to do, specifically. My OS is Windows 7. I have spent about a half hour loading the CD, but it can't complete since it cannot find the printer.

canon 350 where can i find the connection code and security code to set up wifi printing?
I have a wifi enabled mx 350 printer and would like to set up roomie computer and my phone to print to it wirelessly. It asks for connection code and security code and I have no QR code to scan. I do not know where else to find this info. HELP!!!

I am unable to print wirelessly from my laptop to a Canon Maxify MB5140 printer
Good day,
I have set up a new Canon Maxify MB5140 printer and am able to print with USB, I can print wirelessly from my Android phone with the PRINT app, I can scan wirelessly to my laptop but I cannot print wirelessly from the laptop.
It says "Processing, wait momentarily..." on the printer screen and on the Status Monitor on the laptop it says "Creating print data...", then it does not create the print data and says there was a problem printing to the printer. Am frustrated at the lack of clear messages as to what the problem can be and the manual does not say what it could be.
Could someone please assist me urgently, as it is being used in an office and we need to be able to print wirelessly.

ix6820 Pixma-my router was changed 2 days ago, so I installed printer per instructions for this
According to software it installed properly and said to disconect the USB, and I was suppose to be good to go. The first thing I did was print something off my iphone, then I grabbed my ipad and it would not print then I tried to print something on my iMac and again it would not print. So I went to ipad and to iphone and iMac to make sure I was on the right network. I was on the same network on all 3. Why would I be able to print from phone but not ipad or iMac? And what should I do to resolve this issue since I've unplugged deleted and reinstalled everything repeatedly. I made sure the driver was correct and the software installation was for my updated "Sierra" OS et all this stuff is correct. Don't know what else I can do. Oh by the way I cannot find the original CD software that came with printer but did get proper software from Canon site.
